Salt's is a chain of delicatessen's with a range of new and exciting take away food options. Choosing a delicatessen to design s a menu for I now realise will be hard to do because their menu's tend to change very often with chalk board usually used to update food choices day by day. Therefore I will now exclude this from my choices as I don't think it fits the brief very well.
