Brief 5 - Chaophraya Origami Influence

I think the packaging could embrace origami to help create an authentic quality. I really love looking at origami designs and trying to understand how they are made and put together. Origami style nets for packaging are very popular because they fold and unfold easily to keep the heat in and open when it is ready to eat.

Layering can help to create strength in a normally quite weak material.

The folds help to cerate layers that will keep the heat in.

Folding helps to expose two different sides of the paper and can create conplex looking designs from simple folds.
Fan folds could be layered and then opened to expose the menu items.
