Brief 5 - Bella Italia

Bella Italia is one of many in this company nationwide and I feel the traditional feel and authenticity is starting to fizzle out. Looking at the design of the restaurant it is fille with 'Italian related' decorations with a very traditional feel. However, the menu is more lighthearted and doesn't, in my opinion, do the food justice. The menu lacks depth and the language used can be quite dull and generic at times. I think the word to fuco in here is generic, because there are many of these restaurants there has to be some form of brand consistency, however I think along the way the true meaning and purpose of these restaurants has been lost.
