Brief 5 - La Tasca

La Tasca has recently had a bit of a facelift to bring it more up to date and approachable to more people. I think the new look is brilliant and works well, however the menu's look to have had a very small budget. Getting people excited about the food is important for repeat custom and making the menu's let the food down will not help to encourage this. Currently the menu's are made from thin card and get dirty after one use because of greasy fingers, etc. Making something with more thought going into the materials and longevity will help to in the long run reduce costs and increase profits.
